An online meeting of journalists from Latin America and a Russian journalist Andrey Afanasyev took place on July, 13th. The meeting was organized by Creative Diplomacy and Ricardo Zedano, the author of the RUSLAT Telegram Channel and a member of the Association of Journalists of Peru.

The discussion was attended by Marcelo De Los Reyes, representative of the Argentinean Society for Global Political Analysis, Angel Sanchez, President of the Federation of Journalists of Peru, Ricardo Sanchez Serra, Vice President of the Federation of Journalists of Peru, and other participants.

The focus of the dialogue was the Russian military operation in Ukraine, as well as media approaches to covering this conflict. In addition, the participants spoke about possible measures to combat disinformation.
