Hablemos con Rusia 2024 - online educational program for young leaders from Latin America - calls for applications!
Dates: 17-18 October 2024
Goals: creating a platform for a productive dialogue of new generation leaders from Russia and Latin America; introducing young people from Latin America to contemporary Russia.
Topic: Hablemos con Rusia Creativa
Focus: creative industries as a driver of public diplomacy; projects in the creative industries that unite Latin American countries and Russia.
Age of applicants: 18 - 35 years
Participants: young experts in international relations, scholars of Russia, representatives of NGOs – from Latin American countries, as well as participants from Russia and CIS countries who speak Spanish.
The number of participants is strictly limited: 36 people from Latin America and 12 people from Russia.
