III International Youth Forum "InterYES 3.0"
On April 11-12, the 3rd International Youth Forum of Public Diplomacy "InterYes! 3.0" was opened by the Governor of the Ulyanovsk region Alexey Russkikh, the Third Secretary of the Department of Foreign Policy Planning of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Artem Derevtsov, the head of the Department of International Activities of the Department of Youth Projects and Programs of Rosmolodezh Valeria Chernogorodova, representatives of the scientific and academic community of Russia, India, China, and other countries.

The forum is attended by young leaders from all over the world aged 18 to 35 years, engaged in public diplomacy in their territories. For the third year in a row, the forum has become a platform for teaching and discussing topical issues of the development of public diplomacy in the world. In 2023, the forum is dedicated to the joint search for solutions to global problems through the involvement of young people in international cooperation.

The organizer is the Project Office of International Youth Cooperation "Russia-BRICS" together with the Foundation for Creative Industries of the Ulyanovsk region with the support of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs "Rosmolodezh".

The working language of the forum is English. The forum is attended by more than 100 young leaders from Argentina, Brazil, Cameroon, China, Colombia, Congo, Egypt, Finland, India, South Africa, Mongolia, Nepal, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Mali, Kenya, Morocco, Iraq, Slovakia, Nigeria, Cyprus, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates, Kazakhstan, Haiti, Chad, and Russia.

Natalia Burlinova, President of Creative Diplomacy, spoke at the "Power of Interaction" session. Natalia told the participants about the study of public diplomacy practices in Russian regions, implemented by Creative Diplomacy in 2022.

Daria Bozhko, Executive Director of Creative Diplomacy, took part in the networking session. Russian and foreign participants talked about their organizations and scientific interests and exchanged useful ideas and contacts.
