The Meeting Russia 2022 project will receive grant support following the results of the first competition of presidential grants in 2022
The winners of the first competition for presidential grants in 2022 were determined on January 13 at a meeting of the Coordinating Committee, which was held by the First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation Sergey Kiriyenko.
Meeting Russia is an annual public diplomacy program for a foreign audience, designed for young political scientists, diplomats, journalists, and activists from Europe and America. The Meeting Russia program is the flagship project of Creative Diplomacy (PICREADI), a Russian NGO that is actively developing the field of Russian public diplomacy and soft power. Every year, the Creative Diplomacy team facilitates Russian - and English-language discussions involving leading Russian international experts and a delegation of 25 foreign participants who want to get acquainted with the culture and modern development of Russia.
The 2022 project includes a whole series of events: the educational session Meeting Russia 2022, online seminars within the framework of the Meeting Russia Online Discussion Club, the launch of the English-language electronic journal of Meeting Russia alumni publications, and the participation of Meeting Russia alumni in the work of well-known political science platforms in Russia, etc.
