An online meeting of journalists from Latin America and Russian foreign policy expert Maxim Suchkov took place on May, 4th.

The meeting was organized by Creative Diplomacy and Ricardo Zedano, the author of the RUSLAT Telegram Channel and a member of the Association of Journalists of Peru. Maxim Suchkov is the Director of the Institute for International Studies at MGIMO University.

Among the participants of the meeting were

• representative of the Argentine Society of Global Political Analysis Marcel de los Reyes,
• Peruvian journalist Nestor Becerra,
• Vice-President of the Russian-Peruvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Olinda Yaringaño,
• Columbian journalist Armando Pérez, and other members of the professional community.

The participants discussed the economic and political transformation of the global system and the possible consequences of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict and of the anti-Russian sanctions on the relations between Russia and the Latin American countries.
